Sería negligente si no mencionara al
menos la cubierta, ya que, si bien podría indicar como suena un
disco, el exterior sigue siendo el primera impresión para la mayoría
de los oyentes. Tres torsos desnudos, culos y vaginas de manera
destacada, con un mar de visiblemente viscosas anguilas y / o aliens,
que anhelan alcanzarlos. Usted sería capaz de ver tetas también,
pero están cubiertas por dibujitos de cabezas de gatito. Todo el
asunto está pixelada hasta el punto de que ni siquiera era aceptable
en 1995 ... excepto por el hombre desnudo colgado de los pies de la
contraportada. No, ese tipo está claro como el agua.
De todos modos, todavía queda escuchar la cosa, así que vamos allá: locamente pegadizo, saltarín, punk en español con voces que piden a gritos una comparación con Magali / La Fraction , y Andrew (AU) dió en el clavo cuando mencionó que la cantante suena vieja ... como en NO neófita, y con un una voz seriamente curtida. Las cosas se calman con la tercera pista y la cara B se abre con un número de adultos realmente suave sin mordiente de ningún tipo ... bastante molón, y espeluznante, pero guitarras irritantes y ningún golpe.
Pero luego viene "Porno Pogo Punk” un número estridente que te hará bailar antes de darte cuenta de que suena como una versión en música infantil de una tema punk, con base de blues, del Johnny Thundersde ’77. Una pista más melódica con un montón de teclados / ruidos para cerrar el álbum, y me quedo tratando de entender las cosas ... Quiero decir, ¿recuerdas Los culos y las anguilas pixelados? Simplemente no tiene sentido, pero me gusta.
Oh sí, y un miembro de ULTIMO RESORTE, sólo para mantener en vilo.

would be remiss to not at least mention the cover because, while it might indicate what a record sounds like, the outside is still the first impression for móst listeners. Three naked torsos, buttholes and vaginas prominently displayed, with a sea of slimy looking eels and/or aliens yearning to reach them. You would be able to see boobies too, but they are covered up by cartoon kitty-cat heads. The whole thing is pixelated to an extent that wasn't even acceptable in 1995...except for the naked man hanging from his feet on the back cover. No, that dude is crystal clear.
Anyway, we still gotta play the thing, so let's go: crazy catchy, bouncy, Spanish-language punk with vocals that beg a comparison to
Magali/LAFRACTION, and Andrew (AU) hit it on the head when he mentioned that the singer sounds old...as in not a novice, and with a serious leather element to the voice. Things calm down with the third track and the second side opens With a really mellow adult number with no edge or whatsoever... kinda cool and spooky, but jangly guitars and no punch.
But then comes "Porno Pogo Punk' a raucous number that will have you dancing before you realize that it sounds like a children's music Version of a JOHNNY THUNDERS-style blues based '77 punk tune'. One more melodic track with lots of keyboards/ noisemakers to close things out and I'm left trying to figure things out...l mean, remember The buttholes and the pixelated eels? It just doesn't make sense, but I like it.
Oh yeah, and a member of ÚLTIMO RESORTE, just to keep you guessing.
